Ashitaba - Tomorrow's Leaf

HISTORY:
Tomorrow's Leaf was discovered in Hachijo Island (Japan). The plant grows richly in great abundance. Once you pick one today, tomorrow you will see it start to grow a new life. An 80-year old medical doctor who was suffering in his last stage of lung cancer found this plant during his trip to Hachijo Island. He became curious with the leaf until he picked some, ate it and noticed that the leaf gave him great improvement in his health until he was finally cured.

He did deep research and discovered that the leaf has abundant organic elements. He wrote all the data of his research including his experience with Tomorrow Leaf. He found out also the value of the leaf – as herbal medicine, that can cure a lot of other illness. It is also being used in different varieties of daily food preparations.

INDICATION:
Tomorrow's Leaf is considered effective in treating the following disorders:
Lungs / Cough / Asthma / Disgestive System / Intestine / Kidney / Kidney Stones / Urinary Tract Bleeding / Liver / Gall Bladder / Hepatitis / Gall Bladder Stones / Help Suppress Growth of Cancer Cells / Hemmoroids / Constipation / Diarrhea / Vomitting / Blood Poisoning / Septicemia / Fertility Problems / More Balanced Blood Cells / Help in Recovery of Bone Injuries / External Wounds / Skin Allergy / Rheumatism / High Cholesterol Levels / High-Low Blood Pressure / Diabetes.

PREPARATION:
Prevention:
Option 1: use 1 or 2 fresh leaves, wash with salt water, rinse with clean water, chew the leaves and drink water
Option 2: use 1 or 2 fresh leaves, wash with salt water, rinse with clean water, cut in small pieces, add to fruit juice. Drink a cup of it 1 to 2 times a day
Option 3: for dry leaves, boil in water, drink 1 cup size 3 times a day. Leaves can be eaten after boiling
Curing:
Use 4 leaves and follow same procedures as above.
Note: do not drink any tea after taking the leaf. Allow 4 hours.

    1. Yes, Ashitaba leaves is wonderful! My high blood pressure was cured and I maintain this in normal level by eating 5 or more ashitaba leaves everyday!

  2. my husband got sick for almost a month. High blood, uti, cough and fever. when I give him a cup of ashitaba tea immediately he notice that it gave him great improvement of his health. Its a meracle herb for him.

  4. i used to eat ashitaba everyday at least 3 leaves in the morning before eating breakfast. it was really a miracle leaves for it makes me feel better everyday.

  5. we are planting ashitaba over 15 years ago, and supply ashitaba to some abroad country. but it seems we have different ashitaba leaf if according to the picture on this blog. please visit our blog and website to see our ashitaba plantation located on the foot or Rinjani mountain Lombok Island Indonesia.   8. my husband have this plant in pots and he share this plant to our friends having kidney problem diabetes and urinary infection and their comments very effective ,it is a miracle herd for them.

    I Googled the term "ashitaba" to see how it looks like.

    I'm a bit confused at it showed me at least 3 different kinds of plants ... different shapes of leaves and actual plant appearance.

    1) One plant has a somewhat elongated leaf;
    2) Another plant has leaves looking like celery;
    3) some others i can't even describe;

    Question is ... what is the real ashitaba plant ... don't want to eat something that is not ... or even worse ... poisonous! Here's the link where I saw the pictures ...

I have also this kind of plant, and I had already help a lot of people with Goiter was cured with this plant, another one is a friend Balikbayan who is a highblood and Diabetic, i offer him Ashitaba leaf 3 leaf 3x a day and he is cured, i want to help other sick people to know that this miracle leaf will help a lot especially those who cant afford to buy expensive medicine, and also let every one know

  19. i already try eating ashitaba leaves 2 weeks ago and i notice the improvement in my middle finger(gout,whenever i close my hand my middle finger will lock especially in the morning).Can you give me some advice on this representation of mine? thanks

  20. those are two different leaves which is really different.i dont know which is which. ate leaves with lighter green with smooth edge and it taste good like green salad leaves.i opt to take my maintenance medicine coz no more money to buy,rely on that leaf which they said iys ashitaba leaf,taking 6 leaves a day.we also have the dark green leaf here in our yard it taste bitter.i search the web there 2 leaf shown in this wall. Gynura procubens and ashitaba... which is which???
